Our cooking classes


In Staldkøkkenet in Kødbyen, you are invited inside for a cozy evening, where you will be taught Japanese cuisine.
The teaching forms the framework for a cozy evening, where there is as much focus on the social as on the cooking itself.

A cooking class at Saito is ideal for your next Christmas lunch, team building day or other corporate event.

What's on the program?


We will start with a glass of delicious wine, sake or non-alcoholic alternative, while you get settled.
Saito will guide you through the program for the day, that is a tailor-made selection of dishes, that you as a team will prepare under proficient guidance, all the while with a delicious glass in hand.
At the end, we will set a table for dinner, and eat together, enjoying the fruits of your hard labor.

Our classes will often be focused on a theme, like sushi, Japanese homestyle cooking, or plant-based food.
