Program and dishes for this class

We will focus on sushi in a few different formats, and cover everything from rice to fish.

Temakizushi - Handrolled sushi in nori seaweed, but served in the same way as fresh vietnamese springrolls, where you assemble and eat them table side, with all the ingredients ready, so you can enjoy the sushi with crispy nori in every bite.

Hosomaki - small rolls with classic fillings.

Chirashizushi - scattered sushi, where a bowl of sushi rice is covered with different toppings.
